Our client Master Top Factory Furniture & Decor is looking for the following candidates:

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Educational Background: Matric

2. MUST be ex-UAE having experience of 7 to 10 years working experience in the same field.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. High Skilled Joinery Supervisor

- Must be well experience on measurement, pricing, leading the factory and holding not less than 10

workers in the wood factory

- Talking to the clients

- Analyzing the Draft base on the desired design of the clients

- Knowledgeable of the kinds of machinery to be use on the Carpentry Factory

- Solving, understanding and knows how to manage the workers assignment and production

- Over taking the factory mechanism and in charge of the workers 

- UAE Light Driving License is preferred, so he could attend with his meetings, leader of the workers

and visiting the sites

- Briefing the workers with their daily tasks

- Reporting to the Management regarding productions plant and work shop of the week

- Responsible also to check all the materials to be use regularly

- Most important is to ensure the safety and the proficiency of the workers

SALARY:AED2500 - without UAE Light driving license

AED3500 - with UAE Light driving license

If the Supervisor is good in making draft drawing and making sketches of new furniture having a very

creative design salary it will be AED4000 but must be having a valid UAE light driving license.

2. High Skilled Joinery Carpenters

- Must have 3 years and above working experience inside UAE

- Must know how to cut the woods properly

- Knows proper measurement for each piece of wood

- Know how to use the machinery

- Knowledgeable on what machinery to be use for different type of woods

- Knowledge for interior and exterior doors, windows, stairs, tables, bookshelves, cabinets, furniture,

bed frames, etc.

- Must know the exact dimension of each furniture

- Must know the proper finishing of each furniture 

- Must understand and can ready the draft drawing of the client or any concern person

- Must have a high proficiency on doing his work

SALARY: AED1500 - AED1800
